Your Guide to Easter Fun Around Walt Disney World This Year

Easter is right around the corner, and the Disney Parks are springing into action with new treats to try! Tomorrow is the first day of spring, so what better time to release this guide to all things Easter at Walt Disney World?

Disney Parks Blog features treats from Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, and Tokyo Disneyland Resort, but today I’m focusing on my home park — Walt Disney World! You can read their complete guide to Easter Foods in the Parks HERE.

 

Easter Brunch Around Walt Disney World

Let’s start this guide out with some brunch! Three of Walt Disney World’s resort restaurants are offering Easter brunch options this year — let’s dig in.

Ale & Compass Restaurant – Disney’s Yacht Club Resort

Blueberry-Bacon Pancakes, Easter Brunch at Ale & Compass Restaurant

Ale & Compass is breaking out a brunch menu just for Easter! If you reserve this experience, you’ll enjoy your fill of Blueberry-bacon Pancakes,  Shrimp and White Cheddar Grits, Breakfast Protein Bowl, or Main Lobster Roll. They will also have brunch cocktails, press pot coffee, and juices. Make your Easter Brunch reservation to Ale & Compass Restaurant HERE.

Pro Tip: If you’re planning on spending Easter in EPCOT, this is a great idea for breakfast or brunch. Once you’re done eating, follow the path to EPCOT’s International Gateway — right by the Disney Skyliner!

 

Olivia’s Cafe – Disney’s Old Key West Resort

Olivia’s Cafe is a staple for Disney Vacation Club Members, especially when staying at Disney’s Old Key West Resort. Although they don’t have a brunch menu specifically for Easter, their brunch menu will become available on April 3, 2021 for Saturdays and Sundays from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.

Their brunch menu is the real deal, with options for everyone. From Banana Bread French Toast to Chicken and Waffles or Shrimp and Grits, this may be the perfect Easter Brunch spot for your crew. Make your Olivia’s Cafe Easter Brunch reservation HERE.

 

Whispering Canyon Cafe – Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort

Whispering Canyon Cafe is home of the all-you-care-to-enjoy signature skillets! You won’t go hungry with a reservation here for Easter Sunday. This year, their Easter Brunch menu includes an All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Brunch Skillet with Mickey Waffles, Pulled Pork, Pastries, and more! You can make your reservation for Easter Brunch at Whispering Canyon Cafe HERE.

Pro Tip: This is the best brunch spot if you’re spending Easter in Magic Kingdom! Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort is only a short ferry ride away from Magic Kingdom.

 

Easter Treats Around Walt Disney World

From Disney Springs to Epcot and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the trail of treats around Walt Disney World resort this season is extensive! These are only available for a limited time, so try to hop around and grab as many as you can.

Amorette’s Patisserie

Amorette’s Patisserie is always baking something exciting. From movie premieres to seasonal sweets, it’s worth a trip inside if you find yourself in Disney Springs. 

Bunny Mini Dome Cake

Starting March 28, 2021, Amorette’s Patisserie will be serving up a Bunny Mini Dome Cake. This carrot cake features coconut ice cream mousse, and a caramel cream cheese center! Don’t miss your chance to try it — the Bunny Mini Dome Cake will bounce off the menu after April 4, 2021.

 

The Ganachery

This shop is your one-stop-shop for all things chocolate! This Easter season they have two featured treats.

Boozy Bourbon Chocolate Bunnies

Enjoy milk chocolate bunnies filled with bourbon chocolate drink. Boozy Bourbon Chocolate Bunnies hop into The Ganachery on March 21, 2021 and will be available through Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021.

 

Easter Minnie Bunny Piñata

The Ganachery is known for its fun and festival Piñatas. This season, they’re offering an Easter Minnie Bunny Piñata for a limited time! From March 21, 2021 until Easter Sunday, enjoy this Minnie-shaped milk chocolate sphere filled with delicious marshmallow treats.

 

Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop

You can fill your Easter basket with Ghirardelli treats this year! Their Easter features are Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Bunny and Mini Milk Chocolate Caramel Bunnies.

Both are available for purchase at Disney Springs’ Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop through Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021.

Thumper Cupcake

Nothing says “spring” like Thumper from Bambi! In proper Easter fashion, this carrot cupcake is filled with cream cheese, and topped with caramel buttercream and a chocolate Thumper. You can find this cupcake at Creature Comforts, Flame Tree Barbecue, and Restaurantosaurus around Disney’s Animal Kingdom. He’s available for Mobile Order, so be sure to take advantage of that time saver on the My Disney Experience App! (Available March 18, 2021 – April 5, 2021)

 

Easter Basket

Disney’s Animal Kingdom’s premiere fine dining location, Tiffins has their own Easter-inspired treat. This Easter Basket is a mango and mixed berry cake, vanilla meringue, lemon cheesecake, Kataifi, berry coulis, marshmallow variation, and mango chantilly. This dessert is only available for four days so it’s super limited! Grab yours at Tiffins Restaurant from April 2, 2021 to April 5, 2021.

EGGStraordinare Cupcake

This vanilla cupcake features lemon filling, vanilla buttercream, and a sweet candy nest with three sugar eggs on top! From April 1, 2021 until April 4, 2021, you can grab yours at World Premiere Food Court at Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, Everything Pop Shopping and Dining at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, or Landscape of Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! (This cupcake is also available for Mobile Order through the My Disney Experience App.)

 

Mini Bunny Cake

Contempo Cafe at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is hopping on this Easter trend too! They will have their Mini Bunny Cake available from April 2, 2021 to April 4, 2021. This miniature carrot cake is filled with cream cheese icing and covered in white fondant and colorful buttercream. No bunny cake would be complete without a set of ears!

 

Easter Cake

Layers of lemon sponge cake, fresh diced strawberries, and strawberry buttercream make up with delicious new cake. It’s topped off with Easter touches, and it’s available at The Artist Palette at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Grab your Easter Cake starting March 18, 2021 because it will disappear after April 5, 2021.

 

Spring Garden Dessert

Topolino’s Terrace at Disney’s Riveria Resort has their Spring Garden Dessert this Easter Season. Enjoy pistachio cake, brown butter crumble, caramel cream, and blood orange-carrot sorbet. This dessert is only available on Easter Sunday!

Easter Cupcake 

This lemon sponge cupcake is filled with a strawberry compote and decorated with vanilla buttercream and decorative Easter touches. Easter Cupcake is available from March 18, 2021 until April 5, 2021 at Good’s to Go in Disney’s Old Key West Resort.

 

Key Lime Easter Cupcake

Head over to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort to Roaring Forks and grab their Key Lime Easter Cupcake. This key lime cupcake is decorated with buttercream, jelly beans, and other Easter decor — just ready to eat! Grab yours April 1, 2021 until April 4, 2021.

 

Marshmallow Bunny Tail Pops & Carrot Blondie Pop

Gasparilla Island Grill is offering an array of Easter treats this season, including two cake pops! The Marshmallow Bunny Tail Pop is made of three jumbo marshmallows dipped in pastel purple chocolate and colorful spring sprinkles. The Carrot Blondie Pop is a buttery brown sugar cake bar on a stick dipped in orange chocolate to decorated to resemble a carrot. Grab both at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa from March 18, 2021 until April 4, 2021. (These cake pops are both available for Mobile Order at on the My Disney Experience App.)

 

Bunny Box

This next Gasparilla Island Grill dessert features a dark chocolate bunny, foil-wrapped chocolate eggs, and an Easter egg petit cake! Available from March 18, 2021 until April 4, 2021, the Bunny Box is a must try for chocolate lovers.

 

Pastel Mickey Whoopie Pie

Enjoy buttery pastel vanilla sponge cake covered in colorful vanilla icing. Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is the only place you can find the Pastel Mickey Whoopie Pie this season! Available at Gasparilla Island Grill from March 18, 2021 until Easter Sunday.

 

The Grand Egg

If you love jelly beans and eggcellent surprises, you’ll want to grab The Grand Egg from Gasparilla Island Grill. These colorful white chocolate eggs are filled with jelly beans! Choose your favorite pastel shade and get cracking. Available for Mobile Order starting March 18, 2021!

 

Easter Egg Hunt Cupcake

This carrot cake cupcake is filled with marshmallow filling and topped with the works — jelly beans, colorful buttercream, and a chocolate bunny! Is it just me, or does Gasparilla Island Grill have a serious selection this easter?

 

Miniature Bunny Cake

As a confetti cake lover, this one would be top of my list! The Miniature Bunny Cake is made with confetti cake and vanilla buttercream. Just like in the name, the cake is sized for individuals — it’s mini! It’s also available at Gasparilla Island Grill until Easter Sunday.

 

Mickey & Minnie Chocolate Easter Eggs

It wouldn’t be Easter without Mickey & Minnie Chocolate Easter Eggs! These cute chocolate Easter eggs resemble your favorite mouse duo with a sweet “Happy Easter” greeting on the front. You can find these at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort at their marketplaces until April 4, 2021.

 

Easter Bunny Strawberry Cheesecake

Dig into delicious strawberry cheesecake with velvet white chocolate and lemon crust, decorated with fondant and a ruby red glitter glaze. Check The Market at Ale & Compass and The Beach Club Marketplace for this new Easter treat!

 

Easter Carrot Cupcake

A carrot cupcake dressed up in cookies ‘n cream crumbs, buttercream, and wildflower quins. There’s also delicious cream cheese filling inside! Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort has this sweet treat through Easter Sunday.

Robin’s Egg Blueberry Macarons 

Macaron lovers, this one’s for you! Three blue-speckled macarons filled with blueberry jam and blueberry ganache all sitting on a chocolate crunch “nest.” The Market at Ale & Compass and The Beach Club Marketplace are all stocked up on these through Easter!

 

Easter Cookies n’ Cream Bonbons

Bonbons with cookies n’ cream mousse and cookies n’ cream base covered in delicious chocolate — can you say “YUM?” Head over to Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort marketplaces to grab your bonbons before Easter.

 

EPCOT

EPCOT is the center of all things spring at Walt Disney World resort! From Flower & Garden Festival foods to the breathtaking topiaries, you’ll want to spend some time here when you visit this spring.

Easter Brookie Basket

One of my favorite restaurants, Coral Reef, is serving up an Easter Brookie Basket for dessert this season! This brookie basket features chocolate eggs, white chocolate ganache, and buttercream. I love the little butterfly on top! This will be available on Easter Day, April 4, 2021.

 

Key Lime Robin Egg

EPCOT’s premiere steakhouse, Le Cellier Steakhouse, is getting in on the springtime fun as well. On April 4, 2021, stop in for their Key Lime Robin Egg! Enjoy Key lime mascarpone cheesecake with crème fraîche whipped cream, blueberry gelée, graham cracker shortbread, and key lime powder.

 

Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

Flower and Garden Festival is in full bloom at EPCOT, and it’s a must do for me at Walt Disney World! From the elaborate topiaries and landscaping to the fresh tastes from all over the world, you’re going to want to devote at least one day to this outstanding festival.

Resort Hopping To Easter Egg Displays

Each year Disney’s pastry chefs create edible egg-shaped art pieces that are displayed around select Deluxe Disney Resort hotels! This year guests can visit Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort, and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort to catch these eggcellent creations.

Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort already has their eggs on display starting yesterday. You can find them in both resort lobbies, Ale & Compass Restaurant, and The Market at Ale & Compass.

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa also hopped  on the trend early! Their lobby, concierge level, and Grand Floridian Cafe lobby are all proudly displaying edible egg art through Easter Sunday.

Disney’s BoardWalk Resort will have their lobby display ready for March 26, 2021. Mark your calendars if you’ll be in town!

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort won’t have their display done until April 1, 2021, and it will be found in the Carriage House.

Seven Dwarfs Topiary

As you can see, Walt Disney World is ready for the Easter bunny and all things spring this season! Although I won’t be visiting before May this year, I’m eggcited to follow along with those experiencing spring in my favorite place.
