Cabbages and Kings

The Time Has Come My Little Friends,
To Talk of Other Things.
Of Shoes and Ships and Ceiling Wax,
Of Cabbages and Kings!
And While the Sea is Boiling Hot,
And Whether Pigs Have Wings.
Kaloo Kalay Come Run Away,
With the Cabbages and Kings!

Can you tell Alice in Wonderland has been inspiring my style lately? So many companies have been putting out adorable Alice-inspired pieces and this Curious Oysters tee was one that I just couldn’t pass up! Although Alice in Wonderland wasn’t ever my favorite Disney film, it was one that I watched pretty often as a kid. The story of the Curious Oysters, the Walrus, and the Carpenter was always one of my favorite parts to watch!

Now I know what you’re probably thinking — Kait, don’t you remember what happens to the Baby Oysters in the story?! And the answer is yes, but for me the cute little oysters were what made me smile! When I walked into Uniqlo at Disney Springs and found this tee dedicated to these sweet Baby Oysters, I knew it had to be mine.

Pro Tip For Your Disney Trip: Take the time to swing by Disney Springs! Especially if you’re looking to add some extra Disney magic to your wardrobe for the vacation. Uniqlo, Zara, World of Disney, and tons of other stores there offer cute Disney pieces that you’re going to want to check out. The reason why Uniqlo is my favorite is their quality products and great pricing! You can get a vibrant embroidered or graphic tee for anywhere from $10-$15! You really can’t beat that pricing, especially at the Most Magical Place on Earth.

In addition to the great pricing, I fell in love with the colors of the tee! The pretty shades of purple and blue just went perfectly together. Once I added these tie dye shorts and my pale lavender MagicBand, I knew this would be a great subtle Disney look!

Did anyone else collect Tsum Tsums? I feel like they were all the rage back in 2017, but it seems they’ve since been replaced by this new Wishables collection concept. The Baby Oysters Tsum Tsum was the first one I had to order on Ebay! This one was pretty popular, but due to my love of the story from Alice in Wonderland I couldn’t pass it up either.

Epcot’s United Kingdom in World Showcase spoke to me for this look! Thanks to all the beautiful blooms for Flower and Garden Festival, I though the colorful area made this outfit really pop. I can’t wait to style this shirt again for future trips!
